PRICES SUMMER 2010 (Per apartment, not per person)

INTERNET CONNECTION IN APARTMENT:    1  day   € 5  -   3 days  € 12    -   1 week   €  20

WEEKLY BREAKFAST ARRANGEMENT : ADULT    € 60     CHILD ( 2 to 10 years old)     € 30 

PLEASE NOTICE:

Prices are all intended per apartment, not per person.
Studio apartment accommodates up to 2 people.
Two room apartment accommodates up to 4 people.
Three room apartment accommodates up to 6 people.

Only in some apartments, possibility of extra bed, € 20 per day, € 95 per week
It is possible to inter-connect apartments.
Prices include taxes and all utilities except for long term stays (one month or over): in this case  utility costs will be charged upon departure.
Daily prices include breakfast, not use of kitchen; use will be charged upon departure (30 euro).
Weekly and Monthly rates do not include breakfast but include use of kitchen.
Price for breakfast, when not included, is € 10 per person per day € 60 per week (50% off for children 2 -10 yrs). 
All prices include cleaning service at the end of the stay and an additional change of  linen and towels. Extra cleaning service available at extra cost.
Seasonal prices do not include  linen and towels, nor cleaning.

 Wellness area with sauna and bio-sauna € 7 per person
It is possible to make arrangements for meals with the Restaurant of hotel Dolomiti next door to our Residence.

At restaurant Dolomiti and Capanna Passo Valles 10% discount on menu prices.

SUMMER 2010: for monthly prices LOW SEASON refers to June and September, MEDIUM SEASON refers to July and HIGH SEASON refers to August.
